The shoes are very beautiful, but your return policy is hard to get. I have a pair that do not fit properly and I want to return and get another pair, however it is like pulling teeth. And while trying to get your return policy the days are ticking away!

good price. great fit. good value. took a couple weeks to arrive. i'm a european size 40. definitely needed to size down to 39 which i'm gladd i did. if you want to dance in these do nooooot get your regular european size. size down!
I got exactly what I ordered and the shoes fit perfectly. They are so light and comfortable and only used for line dancing 2 hours per week so are fit for purpose.

The boots look okay in the photos, however, I was looking for ankle support and that's not what they give. I didn't realise how flimsy they are, just being of canvas material. When you dance, you can feel every board on the floor with no real cushioning for my soles. They're a little better with a gel insert or an innersole but, even so, they'll not suit me for ballroom, maybe line dancing. Having said that, the rapid communication and refund arrangements by Dancing GaGa were exceptional! As a business, they are terrific with support and other options suggested. I'm very impressed, so I'll buy more shoes with them in future.
I reached out to get information on how to return the shoes for the correct size. I mistakenly order a size 5 when I needed a size 8. My favorite are the trainer canvas short booties. I thought they looked dumb at first.. then I hear people asking where I got them. I’m no longer the only one with these shoes. I have all the colors. I have other shoes but these trainer booties are hands down my favorite. I forget to take them off all the time. So comfortable

I love the shoes, the design is super cute and they are comfy. However, I learned too late that you should always buy a size down your regular size. Make sure you do, otherwise they may be too big.

These are very nice and comfortable dancing shoes. I choose for a flared heel of 7 centimetres since I am very tall. They have a very soft sole. You won't feel that you are wearing heels!
