We hope you love your purchase but if you’ve changed your mind, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a refund.

 

Return Process

1. CONTACT US

Contact us and describe which item(s) you like to return and the reason for your return. Attach Photograph(s) for quality problems.

 

Eligible items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt of the original order. 

 

Items must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging and ensure that all articles in the package are intact. If not, the customer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.

 

2. GET RETURN INSTRUCTION

Professional suggestions will be offered. And our service team will provide you return address with the detailed instructions.

 

3. RETURNS THE GOODS

Put the item(s) in the original packaging and send it according to the return instruction.

 

4. REFUND OR EXCHANGED

 

Refunds will be processed within 3 – 7 business days upon receiving your return at the warehouse. If it has been longer than two weeks, please contact us.

The refund will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase.

Exchanged items are considered final sale and are not eligible for a second exchange or refund.

If you are located in a European Union member state, you have the following rights under EU consumer protection law and EU Directive 2023/2673:

Withdrawal Right (Delivered Orders)

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

How to apply: Please log in to your customer account and submit a withdrawal request from your order details, or visit our [Return & Withdrawal Request].

A refund will be issued via your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. The refund covers the product price only; original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a product defect or quality issue.

Cancellation Request (Unshipped Orders)


If your order has not yet been shipped, you may submit a cancellation request at any time through your customer account.


We will review and process your request promptly and notify you via email. If approved, a full refund will be issued via your original payment method.


Please note: Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer available. Please submit a withdrawal/return request instead.

Exemptions:

Customized or personalized items.
Goods made to the customer's specifications.
Unsealed hygiene products.


5. RESTOCKING FEE

While we accept returns of standard size within a designated window, a 20% restocking fee will be charged for customers who return more than 3 items.

Please remember that most Dancinggaga products are made to order to help reduce environmental waste. (Keeping prices low for our customers) We charge these fees and these fees are automatically deducted from your refund amount.


Return Conditions

  1. Please Contact us (contact@dancinggaga.com) within 30 days starting from the day you have received your order.
  2. Returned items must be in unused condition with the original packaging. We do not accept returned items that's worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
  3. In view of the unique nature of dance shoes, we kindly request our customers to understand that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for shoes with soiled soles or tags that have been removed.
  4. We do not accept returned items sent back directly without our Return Staff assessment or go signal. Make sure to check returns with our staff first.
  5. Once the returned merchandise is received your money will be refunded back to you. Dancinggagacannot refund, reimburse, cover, or otherwise be responsible for any fees not paid to Dancinggaga.com. This includes any customs taxes or VAT as well as any return shipping costs you may incur in the refund process. Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment used to purchase the order. Once your refund is issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
  6. The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.
  7. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. Shipping cost for the returned packages are non-refundable.

We have warehouses in different countries around the Globe! If you want to return the items, please do not hesitate to Contact us (contact@dancinggaga.com). Our customer service representatives will provide you with the return address base on your order details within 24 hours.

 

NOTE: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
