I forgot to include the discount in the checkout, and when I wrote to customer service, and they were really nice and had no issue to refund the discount part. The shoes are very comfy and beautiful. However, since they are in the boots section I was hoping something more like boots, but the straps are under the ankle more like sandals. Only for this reason I gave them 4 starts.
